Magda has successfully handled more than 15 high-profile and complex criminal cases,
achieving acquittals in each. She is actively involved in jury trials and has secured over 100 plea
agreements in criminal cases.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and has
earned over 20 diplomas and certificates in professional training. She is qualified as a criminal
law specialist and is a member of the Georgian Bar Association. Magda is also pursuing a
doctoral degree in law.
Magda has served as a lecturer at the Penitentiary Training Center and is a graduate of the
USAID Leadership Program for Women. She is a certified trainer-of-trainers specializing in
penitentiary law and was a member of the legislative reform working group for penitentiary
system restructuring. Additionally, she is the author of more than 20 grant projects.
She is the founder of the NGO “Academy 2010” and the author of multiple grant programs in
electoral law.
