Paata graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics at Tbilisi State University named
after Ivane Javakhishvili and later also completed the Faculty of Law with distinction. This dual
expertise enables him to be a strong professional in handling business law, tax, and financial
disputes. He has also engaged in educational activities with students. Paata holds over 30
diplomas and certificates in professional training and is certified as an attorney specializing in
civil and administrative law. He is a member of the Georgian Bar Association.
