Teona
Etsadeishvili
Teona Etsadeishvili is an Associate Partner at KH & PARTNERS. She is an expert in corporate, constitutional, banking, administrative, and criminal law. Teona represents clients in common courts and provides corporate legal defense for legal entities. With her participation, hundreds of civil disputes have been successfully resolved, saving her clients over $1 million through pre- trial procedures and litigation. She holds a qualification in general specialization and is a member of the Georgian Bar Association.
