Corporate Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting contract templates and coordinating with contractors;
• Legal analysis and expertise of agreements;
• Preparing legal opinions on tax-related issues;
• Representing the company before governmental and judicial authorities;
• Managing accounts receivable, including litigation processes.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), with specialization in Civil Law;
• Professional proficiency in English and Russian languages is mandatory.
