Business Development Manager (BDM)

Work experience: 5+ years in business development, strategic
partnerships or sales
Work schedule: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and analyzing new markets and business directions;
• Establishing partnerships with local and international corporate clients;
• Managing strategic projects and developing business plans;
• Working on the company’s positioning at the international level;
• Analyzing competitive environments and presenting development recommendations;
• Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and legal teams to implement comprehensive solutions.
Requirements:
• Higher education in Business Administration, Law, or International Relations;
• 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales;
• Excellent English proficiency (for international negotiations);
• Knowledge of Russian or Turkish is desirable;
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
