Sales Manager

Tbilisi Full-time Hybrid mode

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing sales strategies and attracting new clients;
• Conducting negotiations with clients and closing contracts;
• Presenting company services to corporate and individual clients;
• Generating leads and managing them within the CRM system;
• Analyzing sales processes and preparing optimization recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field;
• Business-level proficiency in English and Russian is mandatory.

Salary:

Based on experience + bonus system.
