Team Coach / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the company’s team and overseeing daily operations;
• Improving team performance and implementing individual development plans for employees;
• Monitoring KPIs and evaluating task performance;
• Handling conflict resolution and creating team motivation;
• Coordinating staff training processes;
• Preparing reports on team status for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Human Resources;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or coordinator role;
• Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
