Partner contribution \u2014 if an enterprise receives a contribution from a VAT-paying partner, registration is mandatory within 10 days.<\/p>\n

3. What Is Not Included in the 100,000 GEL Threshold?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When determining the threshold, VAT-exempt operations are not taken into account. However, there are important exceptions:<\/p>\n

Activities related to immovable property (if this is the main activity);
Export of goods \u2014 which is always included in turnover.<\/p>\n
